i was there pretty early in the morning and there was one person only. she did let us know about a waitlist although hard to find but she did make sure everyone was being helped

The associate was helped me pick a perfect bangle for me.

Sales Associate Nor H was helpful in showing us all Disney charms as well as new items that were in stock. She was very knowledgable of all merchandise and made sure we have an overall satosfied experience.

I am a longtime customer (2007) and have visited many Pandora stores in other cities, including Paris. The store at Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, CA is well lit and in a good location. They always have plenty catalogs and a really good displays especially of new pieces. And as long as I have been a customer I did not realize that there is free lifetime cleaning for my jewelry. That was fabulous news. Going back soon to get a few pieces cleaned and will probably pick a charm or two.

Employees had great energy. They were able to assist me in a timely manner. They were also able to help me with what I needed.
