The store was very busy at the time, I was assigned with a sales associate quite timely. Store associate is very helpful and friendly. Things seem quite organized from associate's knowledge to how they handle the customer flow.

VERY NICE,THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL,THEY WERE PATIENTLY CHOOSING THE RIGHT STUFF FOR US AND THEY WERE MAKING SURE THERE WAS NO ERRORS,I RECOMMENED THIS AND TOTALLY WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME.

The design was fantastic

We were overall satisfied because we found a great selection of earrings to buy from, even though we were looking for the dangly earrings, which you didn't supply as well. Also, I think that especially on Thanks giving week and Black Friday you should have more associates in the store. We had to wait about one and a half hours on the waitlist to be called back. Overall, our experience was great!

Allison was very helpful. She brought out several trays for me to peruse, and made suggestions for my gift list. She took her time with me which I appreciated.

My sales associate was AMA-ZING. Friendly, professional, very understanding and GREAT listener. I didn't know what I want to buy and she was there for me 200% helping to choose. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The sales person Debbie was AMAZING. I went in knowing what I wanted to buy. She was wonderful in pulling the charms we wanted and moving along the checkout process. She was friendly very personable.
