I really like pandora but sometimes I get lost some charms for reflection bracelet and also I lost the stone of my loved ring and there’s no more of them available.

There's only 1 sale associate that can help at the time. My sister and I couldn't wait so the employee helped us at the same time. There're more than 5 items that weren't available in store for me to see.

I was not Highly Satisfied because I felt like the employee wasn’t sure if I was going to buy something and didn’t show kindness.

I was looking for charms but I really don't have any particular in mind. So I asked to see the charms available to see what nice available but the lady wasn't really open in pulling out every box of charms. I felt that I wasn't able to find the nice ones because see didn't show me all or at least a few. She wasn't really accommodating and friendly.
