I expected to be greeted right away as there weren't any customers in the store. It took awhile for an associate to greet me. She didn't seem interested in helping me at first, but then improved.

I just wish you had a more range of sizes. I love my rings. Everything else was great, the girl who helped me knew what she was showing.

When I asked for a ring that was on the catalog they told me they didn’t have it but as soon as I walked in the store it was the first thing I saw

It was good, but I chose a bracelet and I got other one. Both are the same price for this I didn’t notice. I just saw when I opened it in my home. Both are beautiful and I don’t know if I come back for exchange or not. Maybe I can buy the other one someday.

there were only 2 sale assistants in the store. I have to wait more than 30 mins for the sale assistant to be available. Also, the selection in the store is very limited.
