there is only one associate.

I went to Pandora to return my ring with my mom and we both felt as if it was a very welcoming environment. The worker,Tina, had a lot of knowledge on the merchandise and she gladly answered all the questions my mom and I had about the jewelry. Overall our time at the store was very pleasant and we didn't feel uncomfortable at all.

Most of the items I chose were not available on all colors or metals. That kind of limited my choices.. Store and cleanliness was decent and satisfactory.

The pendant that I wanted was sold out 😔.

i had to wait 15 mins for assistance to show me a tray of rings and they wont put out the whole tray - wastes time

No sales associate offered to help though the one who ended up helping me was very nice. I came in knowing what I wanted and ended up purchasing something that I hadn’t hd the intention to purchase, however it is still nice. Many sales associates repeatedly informed me of the promotion going on.

She was very good and she was helpful

The charms were in different places around the room & the sales associate had to run around to get it. Some of the items listed were sold out. It was kind of crowded.
