The store was very busy.. There were just 2 ladies working, or so i thought. After a few minutes of waiting, a sales person comes strolling, casually, from the back office and then began to assist.. slowly.

I was looking for a necklace that I could wear every day and I had a hard time finding something in the color I wanted in the chain length I wanted. But eventually, we figured it up. I think part of the dissatisfaction was this was the second trip to Pandora to look for an everyday necklace. I also went to the Downtown San Francisco location on 7/14/18 and they were highly unhelpful, unknowledgeable and very slow to provide service. So I had kind of a bad taste in my mouth still from that experience. Usually, I love shopping at Pandora, and I look forward to returning.

In addition to the other items I wanted the graduation hat charm and the store had none. It is May with lots of graduations going on. On the other hand the Oakridge store had 25. I had to go there to get one.

Satisfied with pandora experience. Except there was no greeting walking into the store. And we had to stand around and wait for assistance until someone finally helped us after, even with multiple sales associates standing who weren't helping customers.

Merchandise never available online or in store not enough stock for everyone. Takes too long for stores to restock & cant pre order. Sales are the worst we dont even bother anymore lines too long & wait list of 4 hrs on our day

Prices for charms are too high. It does not feel like I'm getting a good value for the item I'm paying. Wish there were more sales.

I spent around over 30 minutes to wait for the Associate help me out. Furthermore, I ask them to call me back when my bracelet was done by shining and cleaning but noone call me. The Association was not friendly at all.
