No seats, the store is too warm and no space for busy hours

the sales associate acted like i was boring her. She wasn't paying attention to me or my questions

The sales associate had a very thick accent. I found it difficult to understand him. Other than that, my experience was very good. Everyone was very nice, very friendly.

I visited this particular store of Pandora for several times. It had been a quite of different experiences and procedure every time I visited. Overall, the customer service was very satisfied and the store manager was very helpful while I was waiting for my turn to get help. It was during the Black Friday sale, so it was a little bit of delay in times.

Hi.First,the waiter didn’t smile, She has a had attitude .I bought the chain and got a good attitude. The price was a bit expensive.

Reason why I was not highly satisfied is because it takes a while for the associates to serve me as a guest. I believe that as soon as I walk into the store, they should greet me. When I visited, the store was not busy at all. All of the staff were in their zone looking down. It's not a terrible thing, but I wish they could at least greet the customers. I understand if the situation is different, like a busy day, but it was just me. It was awkward. However, the associates are extremely nice and helpful. I do appreciate as a customer.

The price is a bit high. Sometimes waiting for associate is take long time. Not so much promotion.

I got a very nice experience in Pandora store

Customer service was good. Limited selections, although there were more selections this time around in comparison to last. Must be a popular place, which is probably why it seems like it has limited selection. Overall great store!
