Salesperson was extremely unknowledgeable. She didn’t get the sizes right that I was looking for. She wasn’t helpful with looking at new merchandise. She didn’t rush me but she really just didn’t seem to care.

Very slow service, rep did not seem to know much about what charms I wanted. On top of that, the rep was rude and speaking to others the entire time.

Staff was not helpful. We were shuffled from one salesperson to another & during the transaction they were discussing other business matters instead of attending to our sale. The WiFi was extremely slow & it took a long while for us to be rung up for our purchase.

Associate helping me and my fiancé was very short in terms of communicating with us. She didn’t seem like she wanted to help us, let alone be there working. I think she thought that we weren’t going to purchase anything so she was annoyed that she was asked to assist us.

The staff and manager were not so much welcoming when we entered and the manager (or the senior staff) didn't smile at all throughout the whole process. I plan to visit other location at my next visit.

The merchandise is not available at store

I was satisfied with the purchase when I left the store. Unfortunately while in the food court I decided to try the ring on only to realize it did not fit. Upon returning to the store I was informed that the incorrect size from the one I tried on was given to me. I was glad that I was still around to correct the mistake but it made my overall experience not as satisfactory as it would have been if they had gotten my ring right the first time.

Only 3 sales associates and two of the customers were trying to get more than what the sale called for pulling the manager away from her customer to deal with the customers...

Helen R 157829 from Valley Fair store really ruin my visit with her attitude and carelessness w/ her customer. She is more interested in building her own bracelet that helping her customer.

The sale person name Abigail was very inpatient. Never recommend anything similar that I wanted during my visited and she was talking to her colleagues when I needed her.
