I was dissatisfied with the service I revised from sales associate, Jamie L. She wasn’t helpful at all while I was looking and choosing charms that I wanted for a bracelet that I was given from Pandora. She was very passive aggressive and I felt very rushed while looking at the many different items Pandora has. She seemed very annoyed that I was taking my time, looking at everything and would stare at me if she wanted me to hurry and choose, but since Pandora has a lot of different items it’s hard to choose the first one you look at. As a sales associate, and a person who receives commission for customers making purchases, she did not seem like she was appreciate of the sale that she was making. I did not appreciate her service at all.

The employee was very rude and was not helpful. She was snarky and made comments about how things were going in the store. I was the only customer and she obviously did not want to serve me.

because I ask a lady to help me out with the cleaning on one of my bracelets. and she said I will take more than two hours. then I went back the next day and another lady said she can't clean because of the corona virus.

The sales associate was not helpful with my return. She did not assist me while I was struggling to remove my bracelet to try on other charms. I did apologize if I was annoying for my return but I feel I shouldn’t have to. She looked like she didn’t want to help me and wanted me out.

The sales associate is not lazy, I ask for a pouch instead of box she said they don’t have it and I ask her are u sure and she said yes! But I have been a Pandora costumer and I feel like she just lying so after my transaction with her I went and ask another girl and she gave me one .. I didn’t confront her anymore or ask for a manager bcoz I know I will do this survey.. and her nail is super long that she ask me to do her job opening a clasp because she couldn’t do it with her nail 😫very disappointed!!! If I ever visit that store I will not buy from her

I was not satisfied with the sales associate Helen 157829. She was inattentive and she made me feel not welcomed. I asked for her professional opinion but she was unable to provide detailed advise.

I felt rushed and pressured by the associate. It was not clear in the promotion, what was included. The pieces I liked and could afford were new, yet, unavailable and no knowledge of the availability.

I made a purchase on Sept 7 for $251.27, I noticed that a promotion started 5 days later. I returned to the store asking if I could get the promotion as it was only 5daya after I purchased it, the associate said no. I then asked can I return the entire order then repurchase it with a different card which again the associate says no. I then tell her to return the entire order and I’ll repurchase it online. The entire interaction was awful, as if I was bothering them by just being there. After return the store to get their name, their response “the name is on the receipt” I then said “Maria G” which was not her name it was the associate standing next to her, I asked her name again because I want to complete this survey, she finally said “Liz”, I’m not sure if that is her name since she did not have a name tag on. Honestly the worse customer service experience.

They were extremely lack of engagement from sales representatives, rude, and unprofessional. They saw us standing, they’re just talking to each other and I had to talk to the manager to get their attention.
