Official Pandora store at ValleyFair Santa Clara location was very unwelcoming in the beginning when walking in. My experience with sales associate Elizabeth R. (No.215771) made my experience very unpleasant. I believe that Elizabeth R, needs to learn better customer service skills in communication and ways to cater to the customers/clients more effectively and politely. I’m not sure if she is new, but she needs to be retrained to learn what’s the best response in certain situations, instead of making customers/clients feel judged and not wanted. Due to Elizabeth lack of care, my newly engraved charm was dropped on the floor at the end of our experience.

I went in to Pandora to look for gifts for my mother and my mother in law, I did not like the service of Elizabeth R , she handed me the charm to look at it and she turned around to talk to another associate, not good customer service when the associate is suppose to give the customer 100% of their attention, Elizabeth was talking to the co-worker about the time they were going to leave “ who’s closing” , she kept talking to her co-workers , she had a stuck up attitude, needs to be retrained about her customer service skills, my boyfriend had to ask if there was any Mother’s Day charms, if I was working at Pandora I wouldn’t even let the customers ask about charms especially during the holidays I would be promoting them, asking what their looking for, the deals, her service was poor , I wasn’t even done looking at charms and she packed the charms and put them in a bag assuming I was done, I felt rushed , if their going to talk about the time , who’s closing , do it when their not with customer it makes it seem like they don’t want to be, very unsatisfied experience.

As I walked in the store I was not acknowledged, nobody asked me if I needed help. When I asked an associate if she was busy she looked and me and with a rude voice said "no". Then I asked her of an specific charm I was looking for and she just took out a tray but did not showed me any options. After I told her what I wanted she rung me up and asked me how I wanted the receipt I told her printed and emailed please. I also asked her for a gift receipt and she was just plain rude about it.

I bough a gift for my Mather in law and I am lucky I tried to open the clips and bracelet before I give it to her because they are defective. I am so up sad that the sales person did not show how it work other ways we would be able to catch this problem at the store and save my time and money by having to go back there.

Steven had by far the worst customer service. He didn’t offer a phone number for the warranty and when asked to see products he seemed annoyed and felt unwelcoming

Our sales associate Sonia was very rude. There was 4 of us shopping and all wanted to pay separately and she kept insisting we all pay one transaction. We continually told her we didn’t want to do that and she even gave us our individual totals and told us who could pay the whole total and how much we would each need to pay her.

The person who helped me with my return was rude as if I inconvenienced her. I originally wanted an exchange but was told there was no more which was fine and that she would just fix it for me. I did not want a damaged product

My sister in law came into the store looking for matching rings. And we were helped by the sales associate Mariah. She did not seem very welcoming upon arrival. And overall during our visit we felt rush the entire time. She barely gave us any time to try on the merchandise. She did not let us know any promotions going on or suggest us any merchandise. Overall my sister and I felt very rushed and had zero time to look at the different styles. She also gave us made us feel very uncomfortable just trying on the merchandise. She made us feel like we were going to run out of the store with the product in our hand. I love going to pandora but I will not be returning to this location.

I had the worst experience coming into this Pandora store, the representative were rude and did not even greet upon entry. When I asked for assistance the employee was so rude and was so bothered to show me the products I went in looking for. She had no knowledge whatsoever and was not in anyway helpful. I will never be returning here again employee was lazy and unprofessional.

Jamie was not at all friendly. She did not engage or help me shop for a gift, it felt like she just wanted us in and out. Or she expected us to know what we wanted before entering the store. She ended up selling us the wrong size and told us to exchange at another store
