I needed help selecting a bracelet for a custom made charm, and the sales associate was very impatient with my questions. I never had a pandora bracelet before, and I only wanted the bracelet for the custom charm I have. I'm confused about how to customize the bracelet, the difference between clips and clasp and so on, and this associate was very annoyed by my questions, and even said at one point she had already explained it to me many times how it works. I like the bracelet but it was an extremely frustrating experience for me and I almost walked out of the store after she got annoyed with my questions. Also they don't carry the size of one bracelet I was thinking about getting. I will never go back to this particular pandora store. I thought going to the store is easier than shopping online 'cause someone can help me, but I felt belittled at the store.
