Although they did not have a huge selection of charms for the new me bracelet the sales girl was very helpful pleasant and allowed me to take my time and pick out my charms while keeping me safe during covid

Went to this store two times this month. Both times I was greeted and helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff who knew exactly where the charms I asked for were and wrapped them up so nicely. Excellent customer service.

Very sweet girl I came in for a polishing cloth & wanted to purchase a couple of charms for myself also that I saw online but they didn’t have any of them.

The sales associate was very sweet, i was getting this ring as a gift to my bestfriend. It was my Last option since they didnt have any of the charms i was looking for! Their stock is very low and they dont have any pandora packaging which sucked! I came in about a month ago and it was the same issue with the packaging!!
