Several employees walked past me to greet and help other people who came in after me. Christina, my salesperson, is the ONLY person that acknowledged me after she was finished helping her customer. Christina and her knowledge of merchandise (explaining a very cool feature of the heart earrings i bought) is the ONLY reason my experience was pleasant. So thank you to my salesperson because i was very close to leaving.

Because of the price. I feel it the merchandise is a bit pricey for such a small item. In the future coupons will be a great selection, or maybe birthday cards with a percent off.

I have a charm (oyster with a pearl) and it looks terrible-like it’s not even a pearl anymore. I asked her if Pandora could fix it and she said we don’t do that anymore. Really!? I have 2 bracelets. Why would I want to finish filling my second bracelet if I can’t get them repaired when something breaks?

When I walked in each employee was helping their individual customers so I waited my turn but when an employee became available she didn't come up to me. I had to walk up to her and ask for assistance. Other then that my visit was great.

I have bought alot of items from this same Pandora an always got at least one charm that come with it an this time I was told no that nothing came with it.i said ok but can u gift wrap it 4me it's my bestfriend birthday..An they did wrap it very nice.The guy that helped me he was sooo nice..I love that.
