The selection was very minimum to choose from. They only had 1 charm that read Memphis. I collect a charm every trip I go on for business or pleasure. Yes, I have a bracelet specially for that. 😁 I ended up getting a music note because I already have a charm like the Memphis style they had. No biggie. I was just expecting maybe a guitar or piano or maybe even a skyline of Memphis.

The reason I wasn't satisfied is because the selections I made wasn't in stock. I had to make three selections before I was able to get something and what i decided on wasn't what I really wanted.

Some of the items that I wanted to purchase was not available

I was looking for the petite bee and the sales clerk told me they did not make a bee except for the one for the bracelet / necklace dangle charm, but I knew tfatvwas not correct. I had to find it in a book and show her only to be told that their location doesn’t carry that one

The store was out of the charm that I really wanted.

Did not have the ring that I wanted

Wait time...need more personnel for high volume location.

There was an error during the first transaction but the manager was quick to make the necessary adjustment once the error was brought to his attention.

No one smiled or greeted us. Was not aware of sign in sheet.

Promotional item I wanted was out of stock in the size I needed. Unable to order and receive my discount
