I would have preferred more choices of charms for my bracelet that march my interest-ie, more music charms.

I bought the accessory for a teenager who has a pandora bracelet and I don’t plan on purchasing another one until maybe around Christmas.

Valentine's day and they had run out of a lot of the popular items. Not a big deal. That's what you get when you procrastinate.

the manager was very friendly and helpful in helping me find my daughters a sweet gift. I also purchased a new charm for my bracelet and got my bracelet cleaned. I have always loved the fact I can always come to get my bracelet cleaned at anytime. my next purchase will be a necklace for sure

The selection of charms was limited, which was unfortunate due to expecting to spend more money on a gift to self.

After signing in waiting to be served our name was overlooked while 4 other customers were seen until I checked the sign in roster to bring to the attention of the sales associates.

The customer service was nice due to the amount of people that were there. The service was friendly and helpful. Enjoy them.

Line was long, the wait was long.

I was satisfied. No complaints.

It was great; however, the charm that I really wanted wasn't in stock.
