My experience at pandora was time consuming but worthwhile. My sister was looking for a rope bracelet during our visit, unfortunately they didn’t have a size that would fit her wrist. I went in with her not knowing I was going to come out with anything.There was a specific, sparkling ring that caught my eye and I just had to have it! Unfortunately they also didn’t have a ring instock that was my size but I found a look alike that I loved just as much and fit my finger. They were extremely busy during my visit but during the holiday season that is expected and they did very well fitting me in, in a timely manner! Thank you Pandora for the great quality products you provide.

Very disappointing that they sold out of charms. I feel like they should have stocked up. Offered nothing since they didn't have a free bracelet that we liked that we got with our purchase. We asked if they would take anything off the bracelet we was buying and the sales lady said no and said her boss would say the same thing but never asked her. Not very happy. This was also my first visit and probably my last.

The seller seem rude or as if I didn't have enough money. I asked for a price and she giggled and stated 'boo boo more like 65' . Maybe she wasn't being rude but I most definitely like it.

I believe customers should have the associate’s undivided attention. I could say this did not happen today. The associate was texting while providing service. I’ve never experienced that in a Pandora store.
