Give good customer service

First issue was they didn't have all charms Visable. I had to keep asking for specific items. It was for a Birthday gift and had 2 children with me to pick out for them to give. So I felt like I was picking out instead of them. Second issue. I spent $137 and recieved a belt bag free great. However as soon as the sales lady finished with me she went to the back. Something told me to look in my bag before I even left the counter. She had not given me the bag with the charms. I had to interrupt another sales lady that had customers to tell her the problem. She went and got the sales lady that handled my sales and she immediately said I put your bag on the counter. I kept telling her she didnt and that the only bag she did was the belt bag. This went on for a couple of minutes until she finally found the bag with my charms under some other bag on their center cabinet behind the displays. At this point I am not even sure she apologized. Now had I made it home before I realized I didnt have my charms this might not have had a good ending. And I cant even say they was busy. She just wasnt paying attention. I wont go back to that store.

The salesperson had very limited knowledge of merchandise. The stock was very limited. No information offered on future purchases to complete bracelet.

Associates were not friendly and made me feel rushed.

There were three associates present and only one recognized us. But she was already busy with other customers. There was a young lady, I’m assuming doing something with inventory but never acknowledged us. The second young lady just said forget us altogether. She greeted people all around and in front of us and never gave a second of eye contact. I’m assuming managers or assistant mangers came out and never greeted anyone. They just brought out merchandise and returned to the back.

I feel, that service representative was not friendly at all. She was extremely bland. I'm so thankful that I brought someone with me to help me with making my final decision.

There was 2 associates indulged in a conversation while there was customer in the store. I had to ask them a question/ for assistance. They were not friendly and appeared to have been interrupted by my question.

I had great customer service and the person who helped me seemed really knowledgeable. It wasn’t until I got out of the store and driving home that I realized one of my charms that was supposed to be ruby red for my birthstone did not look Ruby at all, it looked very pink. I hate the color pink. I immediately went to google and searched “Ruby red” charm on the Pandora website and found the charm I have listed as “pink”. I never wanted a pink a charm and now I will have to go back and get it replaced or refunded.
