I was visiting the Pandora store in Memphis, Tennessee at the Wolf Chase Mall. I'm from Florida. There was very little merchandise in the display cases. The manager said that they had not had a shipment since February. I was looking for the Memphis charm as a memento of my visit to Tennessee. I got the three star charm but it wasn't what I really wanted. The COVIDE19 had caused considerable delays in shipments from overseas. I was disappointed.

The sales associate Kenny was not knowledgeable about Pandora in general I had to ask him to clean the necklace I purchased which was clearly dirty and to be honest he appeared that is bothered him to do his job!! I am use to having sale associates that are very knowledgeable about Pandora merchandise

Had a problem with an associate. Mrs. Davis called me . She was really nice . I also called the corporate Office . They never called me back . Didn’t even offer me a gift card . Just an I’m sorry . If I do go back to this location I will only let Mrs Davis help me

1. Very limited choices 2. Associates weren’t organized 3. I did not feel welcome when I entered the store. 4. The associate told me that they were out of bags, and when I asked here when will they have some in because my purchase was a gift, she had no clue. 5. No thank you for your purchase please come us again and all 4 associates I seen facial expressions were like they didn’t want to be at work. 6. There were way too many people in line for returns.

I wanted to buy the logo bangle caps but was charged for the shimmering caps. So I went back in the store and was given the shimmering caps since I didn't want to go through the return process. That was fine. At least I got what I was charged for. Then I went online and found that the caps were sold in pairs and I was charged per cap in the store.

The sales lady act like we were there to steal she tools things out of our hand and we were putting our favorite picks over to the side case and she wouldn’t allow us.I’ll not be going back if my granddaughter didn’t want the ring so bad I wouldn’t have bought it

The sales associate seemed disinterested in selling anything. She spent most of her time with us on her phone checking messages.

There was a bracelet on a display for $165.00 (very pretty) Christina rang it up, it was over $200.00, she notified the manager. The manager stated she could not sale me that bracelet with those charms at the $165.00 even though the price clearly stated that. It was a mistake on one of the associate's part, not mine as the customers. The difference should have been paid by the associate. I still got the bracelet less one charm that was really pretty. I do feel some kind of way about how it went down. Christina never said anything but I could tell she wasn't pleased but she wasn't the manager, she was very helpful.

I should get a Christmas ornament for purchasing more than $125, BUT the sales didn't give it to me. She said she didn't know this! However the store still display this ornament on the table! THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS
