The sales associate did not seem to be familiar with the merchandise. He had great difficulty locating the items that I wanted to purchase.

The store did not have MOST of the items I was looking for. The associate was NOT helpful with suggestions

I was not satisfied at this Pandora location due o the fact the sales clerks see to forget if they didn't have customers there would be no need for them or the store. The associate threw a Pandora book on the counter for me to look through. I realize the store was busy, however, she happily took my money. The MOD was barking directions AT customers while he was looking down. They chose to work with the public. They need to always be ready with customer service skills ready. I will never visit this location again.

Sales associate scanned wrong charms and I noticed after I paid and checked my bag. Sales Rep told me that I picked those charms and that she asked me twice, I told her that those were not the ones I picked and that she misunderstood, and she did not apologize, but blamed me. When she scanned the ones I picked, then she said that I had to pay a difference, I showed her my online cart showing the price and she went and got the Manager, who told me that it might be something online could do but they couldn’t and was not helpful, but had an attitude and used a loud tone of voice, also implying that I was at fault.

The sales associate Mary did not seem too enthused to help my brother and I find our mother something for Mother’s Day. She didn’t recommend or add on sales so we could get the free bracelet that was being promoted. We had to find out about the promotion at a totally different establishment after we had already made our qualified purchase.

The Sales associate was not very interested in helping. He sighed alot and was not friendly or engaging at all. It seemed like we were bothering him.
