The associate was very rude!!

The salesperson person was not very friendly and really didn’t help or ask if there was anything else I needed

Very RUDE service. They were very uninterested in trying to make a sale. Asked where Disney charms were they wouldn’t show me the collection just asked what I wanted. Would have bought more if I could have been pointed to the display. Very unhelpful rude service. Will stick to online and shopping where I am welcomed.

The employee that was helping us took a whole hour an when I told her what I wanted she had a attitude an she was real rude an I still purchased the gift I even had the kids there an the acknowledged an ask me what’s wrong with her will not go back to this location I will visit another one

No one acknowledged us . No one asked if they could assist us. We had to ask for help. And revive it with a attitude

It was my birthday and I received a coupon for 10% off. I could not use it in the store because it was online only. Great customer service would have been offering to give me a discount in store. This purchase was over $200 and whether that’s a lot to the store or not I feel they could have honored the coupon or given me 10%

My stethoscope charm broke 4 days after I bought it. I came in to see my options. The young lady who assisted me had an attitude and was unhelpful with my options for replacing my charm.

The sales associate did not seem to know about current promotions that were offered to customers. There was very few merchandise in stock and the charms that I purchased seemed tarnished and like they had been brought back by another customer and I will be returning

I walked in there was no one around the sales associate was rude

The sales women looked as if she was not engaged. And she did no asking of any questions about why I choose the piece I did and no up sales besides can I help you with anything else. She was no informative about the product and seem very uninterested.
