MY FRIEND AND I WERE WAITED ON BY CHRISTINA . SOMETIMES SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MOST OF THE TIME SHE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE GOT ON HER NERVES. SHE SLICK HAD AN ATTITUDE. I SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY AT PANDORA TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HAVING A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION. I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE AND ALL THEY SAID WAS I'M SORRY. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE . WE BOTH SPENT OVER 300. AND SHE GAVE US THE WRONG SIZE BOXES. HAD TO MAKE AN EXTRA TRIP TO GET THE CORRECT ONE. IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I WOULD'VE TALKED TO THE MANAGER BUT I WAS LATE FOR WORK

The store did not a have a good selection of inventory. Every charm I was interested in was unavailable due to low stock.

Ashley wasn’t very friendly and didn’t offer other charms. They had barely anything in stock two weeks before Valentine’s Day. Smh!!! And she didn’t seem to care if I bought something or not.

The sales person seem to have little to knowledge of the item care, everything in the "sale" book wasn't available and I didn't receive the care I'm use to receiving from the other Pandora stores I've visited.

long wait time. The sales rep didn't show the real charms just gave the books and starting staring at us. We end up asking each charm price from the chart but can't decide whether to buy because we don't know how it looks in real. When we purchased we asked the sales person to pack separately since its a gift for 2 people but she gave one bag and one box and left. Whole time she didn't smile or interact with us other than showed what we asked.

The customer sercicen was great. I was just disappointed that my supposed to be brand new charm was scratched up. No of those specific charms looked new. The sales associate did attempt to polish it up and look for the same charm but better condition. After checking the mall... I was unable to find any other Memphis charms and was forced to make the purchase at Pandora.

The associate did not know the merchandise and the items were in the wrong size areas and seemed to get aggravated when I was inquiring on prices of different items. There used to be catalogs available but did not see any. Only saw small brochures for valentines suggestions.

Plenty of sales ladies in store and one guy, walked around in circles before I was offered assistance and the store had about 3 customers. Even maneuvered around sales ladies without anyone offering help which I obviously needed. Won’t be returning.

Usually when I walk into a store I’m greeted by the pandora associates but at this location one young lady looked at me and didn’t say a word not one time nor did she mention they will be right with me or anything the entire service was a attitude from The time I walked into the door this location use to be one of the best now it’s trash with attitude if she don’t want to deal with people in general she need to go find something else to do but on a second note the young lady that actually helped me was nice
