Sale associates weren’t friendly enough or made me feel welcomed. So I probably will not come back to this particular location

The associate that assisted me was friendly and nice. The associates that were working around her were loud, speaking in vulgar slang to a male customer who they were clearly inappropriately flirting with for he was shopping for his wife, with no regards to my children in the store with me. Extremely unprofessional.

My family went in to buy a charm, the associates were looking down on my mom and sisters. The associates in fact did not help them.

After assisting another customer Kiotti began talking to me with his back turned and I had no idea that he was greeting me. He rushed through my purchase, making me feel that my business was unwanted or he had other things to do.

The young lady that I had was very rude and disrespectful She was also trying to give me a bracelet that was to small for my wrist I had return it for another then I end up with this black guy that was even more rude and and very disrespectful just nasty I had never experience anything like that in my life when first him and the young lady We’re rolling their eyes and talking about me then came over to help asked me was I sure this was the bracelet that I wanted was this what I was getting then he made a smart comment under his breath and kept saying stuff I only changed the Bracelet one time I have never been in a store like this before I have one here where I live I just never had the time to go my friend was the one that convinced me to go into the store but I will never go back into Pandora at the Wolfchase mall in Memphis

Customer service was terrible. The sales associates were just standing around talking while we were waiting on someone to acknowledge us.

The sale person that waited on me was very rude. I had to tell her not to look at me that way if she did not know what I was talking about. A another lady/sale assicator said she is probleming "talking about the safety chain/". I did not purchase the safety chain, but bought another item. I will not ever going back to the store in the Wolfchase Mall.

The fat white woman jumped me the minute I walked into the store about a mask. Not "welcome to Pandora", but where's your mask? I'm a vaccinated CUSTOMER, not a democrat ding bat....I'm not in the least concerned with your stupid POLICY. AND will never buy Pandora again !!!!!

I placed my order for curbside pickup and called as instructed online when I arrived. The rep that answered informed me that that location does not offer curbside pickup. I was unable to pickup my order in time for Mother’s Day.
