The employee was very friendly and talkative. Also she noticed I was celebrating my anniversary and showed me some anniversary charms to pick from. She also offer for my necklace and charms to be clean. She was awesome!!!

Csr was very nice, quick and willing to help. What I was searching for was available. Store was nice and clean.

Even though there was a VERY MISLEADING advertisement online, the store associate cleared it up and I still purchased the items even though the sale was misleading. I wanted the Mickey Boo bracelet. The online sale for $275 only included 4 items instead of all 6 to complete the bracelet like what the image showed was on sale.
