I exchanged a pandora snake necklace due to bending/kinking abt.55cm to sale associate Elizabeth that was purchased at tanger mall,Elizabeth not only gave me a smaller size 50cm but pretended as if it was the same length as the one i returned Respectfully, D'Parkerthomas 901-524-6363

The associate who assisted me was extremely short, rude, and rushed me. She didn't greet me nor thanked me for my purchase. She was terrible. Terrible experience. She was the Sales Lead, to make matters even worse.

I understand there’s a pandemic but I could not read the writing on the charm, when I leaned in to be able to read it she snatched it away without saying a word. I felt as though I was treated as a potential criminal instead of a potential consumer. I generally would leave without purchasing anything but I was pressed for time at that moment. So I purchased the charm anyway. She wasn’t very knowledgeable of any inventory and only showed me one item. I just chose something in the showcase instead. She was very cold and straight to the point. I’ve never experienced this type of ‘service’ from a Pandora’s location in my entire life. I would NOT recommend anyone going to her. Ever.

I was disappointed because I brought my daughter in to purchase her first bracelet and charm. The associate did not provide us with a box or bag for our purchase in fact I believe she took the display bracelet and put that on my daughter instead of giving us a new one.

My sales person Ashley H. was Very rude, she act as if I was getting on her nerves. Ashley was not friendly at all. My daughter and was shopping for mother’s gifts for me and my mother , we asks to see different charms and Ashley was very short with us, and walked off saying some to her coworker about us getting on her nerves. I wanted to leave but we drove 45 minutes to this store because the closest store to us is a outlet and it didn’t have much of what we was looking for. So we drove 45 minutes to be treated bad and that’s unacceptable.

I visited this store with my boyfriend today.Only to be greeted by one of the rudest sales associates ever.I understand that she might have assumed were not buying anything just cause him and I are very young but the attitude was unnecessary.When we come in my boyfriend asks her where are the prices on the rings she says gotta pull them up there under there so.You may know some of the prices have faded or are no longer on there so we’re still lookin so he ask her again.Guess she got annoyed so she then comes over n lifts them all up in a smart way n says I said lift em up then she throws him a book.Then walks off she then we go up to buy the ring and she still has a attitude I didn’t even get the right size ring since she was so bothered by our presence.She ask for his information and he proceeds to put it all in he gives it back but he forgot to add something else so she throws the tablet back to him.When he went to pay her he had left off a dollar so she caught a snappy attitude about that too overall I’ve never experienced worser service please put her away from the customers.

Ms Linda and Ms Molly were very friendly. However every one else was not . I also don’t think it safe for them to take credit cards to the back . With me being a victim of credit fraud I would like my card to stay on the sales floor .
