Even though the line was long the salesman and women kept checking on the customers. I was able to tell them my problem while I waited and received feedback plus a guidebook. Once I reached the counter it was smooth sailing from there

When i walked in the customer service was great from the start. Kitto J was very help and picking out extra charms. He also placed my bracelet on and made adjectment.

The staff was very friendly. When I shared what I was looking for the staff made suggestions that led to me purchasing 3 charms. Because of the suggestion I also told my friend. She purchased 4 charms.
