The sales associate Ms. Z was so kind. She was very understanding, about the situation of me losing my son on 4/6/23 and just laying him to rest on 4/15/23. He was a Marine and had many other talents. She found charms for my memory bracelet for him. So caring.

Pandora is the type of store that is not only affordable, but the type of store that sells beautiful pieces of jewelry I would love to collect! One thing I feel like would be a good idea is instead of selling the safety chains and clips separately, it would be nice if the store gives the customers options if they want a snake charm bracelet with safety clips or chain included for a good price. I could be unaware that the store does sell pieces like that.

The associate was highly Knowledgeable. The selection was great. And they offered to clean my ring while I continued shopping.

My vist was quick and easy the employer's were nice and pleasant my helper was patient and kind had no problem helping or waiting I was able to look at whatever I was interested in I am a very satisfied customer and love the customer service and merchandise that I purchased

This was my first time in the store, The two sale associates Jeremy and Rickema were very attentive to my childhood friend and me. Jeremy and Rickema were very knowledgeable about their products. The experience was great and I will definitely be returning.
