Overall experience was great. Assistance was always available. I definitely plan on going back. Displays were on point!

Walked past Pandora and my eye caught some rings in the display… went home and googled them more closely and the next day, walked in and picked out exactly what i wanted. I was in the store for maybe 7mins.

I was educated about how I should wear my jewelry. How to store my jewelry and what will tarnish it. My jewelry was cleaned in detail which made me smile. I paid a lot for my jewelry and seeing them take their time with concern made it a great experience.

When walked in store I was greeted with Welcome to Pandora. I looked around the for 2 minutes before a representative approached me ask if she could help me with something. A+ customer service .

Just the appearance of the store in knowing I was going to get high quality, affordable, and beautiful merchandise. Pandora has a reputation of offering awesome jewelry. The employees were professional and knowledgeable about size or whatever I needed to know. I will most definitely be back to buy more on the near future.
