During my previous experience at Pandora the customer service I received was more than satisfying. The sales worker provided me with substitutions if they did not have what I requested and kept a nice flowing conversation while processing my order.

Had return of gift in Feb/March timeframe. Store didn’t have my size. Allowed to wait until shipment came in. COVID hit. A year passed. Store re-opened and I made return and got correct size without issue.

The bracelet I wanted was in stock. The sales associate was pretty. She was available to assist.

I had never purchased an item from Pandora and I was pleased when an associate approached me and asked me if I needed help. The associate was very thorough and knowledgeable and listened to what I said that I wanted.
