I love pandora promotions, quality of merchandise and customer service. I will always be a customer.

Upon arriving in Pandora, I was informed that Pandora has franchise and corporations and their return/exchange policies are different depending on the store. Koran M, Taylor J, and Zee Davis did an excellent job at explaining the policies and addressing my concern. From now on, I will only shop at the Pandora store inside Wolfchase Mall. Their customer service was exceptional and they all were so patient. I was highly satisfied with them.
