It was quick my sales rep was very knowledgeable of all the bracelets and charms. She help me pick the perfect bracelet and charm. The entire staff was great. They all where sure to ask if was being helped once I walked in the store.

The reason I was highly satisfied was because when I walked in the store the sales associate greeted me promptly, asked if I need any help and stop what she was doing and immediately got the merchandise I requested, made sure it was a perfect fit. She was excellent.

This was my first time getting a bracelet from Pandora. The rep made a very pleasant experience. There were good deals going on at the time.
