Sasha was extremely helpful in finding the items (both bracelet and charms) we were looking for. She was friendly and personable; great qualities in a salesperson. Sasha was very patient as we decided what size bracelet would work best, not too large to slip over the hand, but with enough room to fill with round and dangle charms.

My experience was wonderful! I took advantage of the 45% off sale. My only complaint would be the selection of sale items during the sale. It is best to shop early if you want a good selection of items to choose from. I love my bracelets. Outstanding!!
