The agent did a good job showing items to my daughter for her bday. We saw items for the next visit. Also she gave us books to take home as well.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable on the jewelry I was looking at. She helped with making sure I had the right size ring and gave me advise on how to properly care for it.

The sales associate was very helpful. This store had plenty of associates and I did not have to wait at all to be serviced.

I had to return my Pandora bracelet that my cousin bought me for Christmas it turns out that the clasp had a defect that I wasn't aware of so when I returned it we weren't inside the store a good 2 minutes and we will wait it on right away by Taylor. She was awesome very kind patient took me through different bracelets to get me a different one I was satisfied with her service I was satisfied with the store and I was satisfied with my Exchange I will return to make future purchases.

I think the service is great and the associates are nice. They always help you find the right size. And pandora is one of the few stores with my size !
