Koran was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I am pretty sure that God placed her in my path for a reason as I was trying to decide if I should get my mother a certain charm to remember my late grandmother (my mom's mother) for her birthday. During our conversation, she mentioned her late mother as well, and at that point, I knew Koran was placed in my path for a reason. Koran advised me that I should wait until Mother's Day and even consulted with another associate for his opinion. She assisted with my purchase with such ease. She happened to be in the food court on her lunch break while I was waiting for Pandora bracelet to be cleaned and she stopped by to assure me that although she would be on lunch that any associate would be able to assist me. Koran is an asset to the Wolfchase Mall Pandora team, and I will be looking for her to assist me with my next purchase. Thank you so much, Koran, for your excellent customer service!
