We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We were instructed to sign up for a spot in line. It was very busy. Chateeka waited on us, and I remembered her from the last time we were in the store, Mother's Day I think. She helped us then and was very cheerful, personable, and professional, fun! I asked her if she remembered us, and she did! She helped us find what we wanted quickly and checked us out. It was a wonderful experience!

This was my 1st PANDORA experience and bracelet. I was very excited about my purchase and the sales associate was helpful and patient with me as I didn’t know what charm I wanted to select to be my 1st. Unfortunately the bracelet I originally wanted was unavailable or out of stock, I quickly found another bracelet I was pleased with. The staff was nice and friendly to one another and even offered me maintenance tips (that was very informative and important)

Sale associate was patient and eager to assist. She was knowledgeable of items for sell. I was able to get item purchased gift wrapped.
