My sales associate Nathalia B was very knowledgeable about all merchandise. She was very polite and kind. Her generous personality was to die for. Even though, during this time of the year when department stores are very busy, she was very patient and thorough the whole process:) Because it took me about 30 to 45 minutes to puck my selections.
