I had never shopped at Pandora before, therefore, I didn't know what I wanted or needed & was in a big hurry at the time. All sales associates were assisting customers, but immediately acknowledged me & assisted me once finished with the previous client. The sales rep was very curtious & efficient. I believe she was wearing six of her own pandora bracelets. I was shown several items to choose from. My purchase was completed with ease & I walked out having bought two charms rather than the one that I needed. Overall I am very pleased with the service & will most likely return frequently for gift purchases throughout the year. Thank you Pandora!! Kudos to the sales team for making my first purchase a wonderful experience!
