I was told that I couldn’t receive the promotion that was available. I was told it was for credit card holders only, which was miss information. I am able to get a free bracelet with my purchase online. The associate should be more knowledgeable of sales and promotions that are going. So I am going to return what I purchased and buy it online so that way I can receive the free bracelet and pick it up in store.

I was not highly satisfied, because I intended to buy a charm for my bracelet to represent me visiting Memphis; and not one Pandora store in that city had any emblem that I could add to my charm for a memory... Very dissatisfying, when the purpose of the bracelet is to show a representation of your life experiences and moments.

They selection was low they didn’t have the ones I wanted so I settled for what they have I didn’t really like the one I have now it’s ok but I know prob due to coming after Mother’s Day is why the inventory was low.

When I entered the store there was a tray of charms on the counter and i naturally wanted to look but one of the salespersons grabbed it up telling me I was not allowed to look at it without supervision.
