The sales lady was nice, but I had to ask for assistance. I also felt like one of the sales associates didn’t want to help me at first.

The sale went pretty fast. We didn’t have to wait too long to receive service. The sales associate even cleaned my bracelet for me.

Not fully stocked on merchandise. The charms were more expensive than I thought. The store is always packed and not enough associates to assist.

I don’t feel like the sales rep really engage with me in helping find something better. They very few communication and item to choose from. And I feel like I was rushed.

The only issue I had was the fact that I couldn’t get the actual pre-made Mother’s Day gift set due to the fact it only came in a certain size which caused me to not get the actual look without going over the price.

The in store experience is always great however my initial visit was due to all of my jewelry turning and needing to be cleaned. While it’s a good value for the pieces it’s bothersome to need cleaned so often.

They didn't have a large selection of charms. The sales associate told us that they haven't done their inventory which is why they didn't have a lot of more charms to choose from.
