I was highly satisfied! The associates were more than helpful! The only issue was the lack of product due to the corona virus but they still helped me find the perfect charm for my mom!!

There were not a lot of charms on display. I asked to see a book of charms so we could choose. I was told there was no updated book. So I’m guessing I was just supposed to guess and make my own charms. My intentions were to buy 5 charms since it was my birthday, but I only purchased two. I went to Reeds Jeweler and just purchased the rest.

Stock was low and the salesperson was not as helpful in giving me suggestions as I’m accustomed to. All previous experiences, the salesperson was Very helpful in giving me suggestions .

The sales associate was not really interested be cause it was an exchange and not a sale. I had to ask her for help.

Usually when the sale associate shows you the variety of charms they pull out the drawer; this time that did not happen and the sale associate was picking what I was describing and showing it. I felt like this would have gone a little bit smoother if she showed me the drawer.
