The sales associate was courteous but not engaging or helpful with helping my boyfriend and I design my bracelet. Her answers were very close ended. She wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't very friendly. Definitely not my usual experience when I visit this store.

In my opinion, it should be more sales associates. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes because there were only 3 associates. Hire more help but other than that, I had a great experience here
