Every time I go in and ask about different charms, they have them. Customer service is always very nice. I just love Pandora.

All of the employees were extremely kind even though I'm sure they had been busy all day. There was a wait to get into the store, but I was helped quickly and without feeling rushed. And they had the charm that said was out of stock at the store! Made my day and I'm very excited to give it as a gift!
