Dakota was FANTASTIC. He took time to accommodate to our requests and made sure we were highly satisfied with our jewelry purchased. He is the best!!

I truly enjoy shopping at the Pandora store at Valley View Mall in Roanoke, Virginia. Kelley Brown the store manager is always friendly and professional. The store is so bright, clean, and organized, and I just like stopping by sometime just to say hello to her and staff!

The associate was very friendly. When I told her what I was looking for she was very knowledgeable and showed me several different charms of which I found what I wanted.

I was really satisfied with my help in the store they was really nice

Customer service was great my purchase was quick and fast

Cashier was very nice and knew everything about the product I was buying and even suggested that I come back and get charms for the bracelet I purchased.

I had a very positive experience due to the assistance of the clerk who helped me. She was so sweet and accommodating. She had great knowledge of the products and knew exactly what she was doing and how to help me.

The sales associate, went out her way to help me and was very engaged in why I wanted my item. she even made suggestions based off of the description i gave her about who I was making the purchase for

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I explained what I was looking for and the associate found the exact right pieces.

When I came into the store I had no f/n clue what I wanted to purchase, as soon as I walked through the door Lainey asked what she could help me with , as I told her what I was looking for she was on-point of showing me options of the size and style that they had … she suggested a few and they were purchased .
