Was originally a return bring to small that my son did. He came out with something even better for his girlfriend's anniversary. My husband went with him and is now coming back himself to get me a bracelet and my son coming back for Christmas to get a charm for his girlfriend. The sales person I'd is 212475 (they are horrible remembering names) and she was great with my husband and son. The other sakes ladies there were also wonder ful! You have something great at this store and they should be recognized!!

I came in due to stones missing from a ring that had been purchased for me for Christmas 2021. Alexis worked diligently to find the email address in which the ring was purchased under. She looked at all the names and 4 email addresses to find it with out luck. They were able to replace the ring without question. Alexis was extremely patient and very kind. It is because of people like her that I continue to come back and make more purchases! I love the staff at this store. They are all kind and so polite
