Maddie, my sales associate was a trainee from what I read on her name tag, but she was phenomenal at showing me the pieces I wanted to see and giving me information about the pieces. She engaged me in conversation, explained the financing option, was very personable and even told me my purchase qualified for a free wristlet, which was a nice bonus to what I bought my fiancee' for our 7 year Anniversary of meeting. I wanted to steal her to work for me at Home Depot. She is that good at what she does. Big props to whoever trained her and for her having a super personality.
