The Roanoke location has always been great to deal with, from calling and asking them to hold items until I can get there, to helping with in store selections. The experience is usually seamless and the sales associates are very helpful.

The staff always greets you and usually by name because I visit so much. Kelly is a wonderful manager at this store. The employees under her are just as friendly and helpful.
