My sales associate Kelsey was amazing! She made it so easy To find what I wanted!!! She was super sweet and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Kelsey is a wonderful asset to Pandora!!!!!!!

My husband and I had visited two other jewelry stores prior to visiting Pandora. We are taking a trip to the beach and I wanted to find a supplemental wedding ring for this trip. At the other two locations, we were forced to rush and look at items the sales team suggested. However, we were immediately greeted with a smile at Pandora. We were checked in on but left to browse on our own with assistance readily available. This is my perfect/ideal shopping environment. This automatically made me want to find something to purchase! I was asked if something had caught my eye and Maddie instantly matched up the set I wanted and let me try it on… in my size! I love that Pandora has a variety of sizes and not one select “average” size. I have already sent pics of the ring to my family and told them to shop there. Such a good experience! I planned to buy two and ended up buying 4 rings!

The sales associate DC was so helpful and very knowledgeable of the charms. He helped me pick out a charm and a ring and gave me some ideas for future purchases.

DC is super helpful and has a wonderful positive attitude! I can tell that he genuinely enjoys his job! He is knowledgeable about all of the items too.

I am highly satisfied in my visit because I enjoy the sales. The employees are very patient. I love the new charms that are coming out. Please recirculate the ( BIBLE ).

Kelly the store manager stayed with us and helped me get my mother a birthday present she is super nice and helpful!!! They closed at 8pm but helped us anyway she is so nice and she even told me what to do with my ring when the other store i actually got it from didnt thank you kelly for making my moms birthday PERFECT
