I was very satisfied with the customer service. The guy that helped us was named David and he was very helpful. He not only found us what we were looking for but also helped us find things we didn't know we needed. I had been wanting this necklace for awhile now and he was very enthusiastic about it and immediately found exactly what I was looking for.
