Yulissa and Karen were so helpful when I was shopping for a mother’s day gift. They helped me make her a necklace for my mom since she’s becoming a grandma for the first time.

Karen acknowledged me immediately when I walked into the store. I told her that I had not been in the store for awhile and that I wanted to look around and would let her know when I was ready. I was definitely making a purchase. She stayed close by without being pushy and answered a couple of quick questions. The store suddenly got busy. I told her to help the next customer. After I had looked around, I left to go to the bathroom and stopped and make other purchases that I had planned to make in the mall. When I returned there was less customers. I was patient as Karen was attending to a customer. Another sales associate asked politely could she help me and I told her I was there to see Karen. I was making a purchase for my oldest daughter who was born on Mother’s Day, and who has now given us our first grandchild. Karen had listened and had great ideas and knew the merchandise for suggestion. Thank you Karen
