The moment we walked in we were greeted by a sales associate. He was so friendly & nice. We told him what we were looking for & he showed us some suggestions & it was exactly what we wanted!! He was great!

This was my first visit to the Valley View Mall - Roanoke, VA Pandora store, and the store was very clean and attractive. The store's assistant manager (DC Matthews) helped me and he was WONDERFUL! He explained the various collections, products, and options, and he was so very helpful and pleasant. I usually order my Pandora products online; but because of this very pleasant encounter with DC, I will be buying my jewelry from this local Pandora store from now on.
