I have always received wonderful service at this store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I came In to get my mom her first bracelet and charms. We couldn’t have been more pleased by ALL of the staff in the stores. Everyone was so upbeat, and knew what they were talking about. Especially when I ordered the wrong size bracelet. They were SO helpful and wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. Their customer service inside this location is TOO NOTCH. I’ll be coming here vs online from now on, even though it’s out of my way. They are awesome.

I told the sales associate that I had seen the treasure chest piece on the 50% off sale online but they were no longer available. Pandora store is over an hour drive one way for me so I took the chance to drive to Roanoke Va to see if the item was in the store. The young lady knew exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately she could not honor the 50% off because the sale had ended but its not like there is a Pandora store nearby. She did however give me 30% off the price. Her service was excellent. This is not the first time I have shopped this location and so far I get excellent service every time I visit whether I am making a purchase or just looking. I am a prior DSM myself and you guys have an awesome team.

The young man who helped me was wonderful. I went in the store to get one item. He showed me a new bracelet and charm. I left the store with three items instead of one. He was so nice and so helpful. Thank you so much!
